Well, I am here to show you the magnificent world of DIY at home smoothies! Smoothies can be a perfect source for your daily vegetable and fruits portion intake for the day! Different smoothies benefit different targeted areas that you might want fixed!
Let’s start off with some great breakfast smoothie ideas to start off your day. Bright and early in the morning you need your vitamins and proteins. A couple good sources of vitamin C,D and A are lemons, mandarins, mangos, peaches, strawberries, oranges and carrots.
A spicy fruit smoothie to give your metabolism a boost!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 large orange, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- (optional, or use less for a more mild smoothie)
Now if your’e not the biggest fan of oranges or mango’s here are some other options for you!
Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls fresh or frozen chopped kale
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 orange
- 1 apple
- 1 cup original almond milk
- 4 ice cubes (optional)
Kale is a perfect ingredient to put into your DIY smoothies as they are very high in fiber as well as vitamins and magnesium and low in calories! Simply one cup of Kale has 36 calories and 5 grams of fiber. Perfect for when you have to take your breakfast on the go!
So, personally I have dealt with breakouts and constant thoughts of how I dread my skin day in and day out. Not to worry there are many options to tame breakouts. There are the topical treatments as well as the ingested treatments. People rely on pills to do the magic when really, a simple meal plan or incorporation of your daily vitamins can help heal your blemishes. Here are a couple ingredients that are very helpful in cleansing your body :
